Please call 951-525-6169. A credit card is required to secure your appointment. Our staff will assist you in determining the type of appointment which will best serve your needs.
 
Your initial personal consultation will include a complete medical history and examination, body fat analysis and physical evaluation by Dr. Mitzner and his staff. Laboratory blood tests are used to determine your hormone profile and evaluate other targeted medical concerns depending on patient concerns and requests. Further diagnostic, metabolic and biophysical testing is that recommended based on patient need. Any of our programs can be individualized to meet your unique needs.

Your consultation will be followed by a return visit for complete evaluation of your test results and assessment of your customized treatment plan. Treatment plans not only include bio identical hormone replacement therapy, but depending on lifestyle and medical problems being addressed may include assistance with lifestyle modification, exercise programs, nutritional supplementation, nutritional advice, antioxidant supplementation and other alternative and conventional medical therapies and recommendations.

Cancellations:

We strictly adhere to the clinic cancellation policy. As a courtesy to the other patients and our providers please provide 24-hour notice if you must counsel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and "no-shows" will be charged 100% of the visit price. Scheduling an appointment is an acknowledgment of these terms. We appreciate your understanding.
